To much acclaim the new purpose-built offices were opened in May 1990 and viewed as a testament to the success of the company. Sadly Bernard Hilling died suddenly at Xmas 1993, however, the management team together with a loyal staff and workforce saw the company progress into the 21st century and into a position thought favourable enough for Messrs. T. Clarke PLC to express an interest.

It was in 2002 that WE Manin was purchased by the T. Clarke Group PLC. It is to the credit of Chief Executive Pat Stanborough and his management team at T. Clarke that WE Manin has been encouraged to retain its individual identity and permitted to continue its operations much as before.

The company currently employs some sixty operatives and staff with Pat Jackson as Managing Director. At director level is also Stephen Goldsmith as Commercial Director, Malcolm Jordan as Engineering Director and Jane Franklin as Director of  finance and administration,   Staff and employees currently with the company now average some twelve years’ continuous service.
